01 Publisher

DevLeadHunter is published by Léo Guillaume (Dibodev). Contact: leo@dibodev.fr.

02 Purpose of the service

DevLeadHunter is a prospecting automation tool: finding businesses without a website, generating demo sites, cold email campaigns and sales tracking.

03 Account

Signing up requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity performed from your account.

04 Credits & payment

The tool works pay-as-you-go through a credit system, with no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchased credits never expire.

05 Responsible use

You are solely responsible for the compliance of your campaigns with applicable regulations (GDPR, anti-spam rules): unsubscribe link, respect of recipients and of your sending domain. The tool ships these guardrails; using them properly is on you.

06 Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability. The publisher's liability is limited to the amount of credits purchased over the last twelve months.

07 Termination

You may close your account at any time. The publisher may suspend an account in case of abusive, fraudulent or illegal use of the tool.

08 Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
